Job Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and Amazon. This role will involve managing product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure smooth online sales performance.

This position requires hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.
  • Social Media & Funnel Marketing Support: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Startup Operations Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across multiple operational areas including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand execution.
