Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

TalentPop App is seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient e-commerce operations specialist to support our day-to-day success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining brand trust through customer reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listings: Optimize product descriptions across all Shopify listings for clarity and conversion.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular reviews of the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information, monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
  • Customer Reviews: Respond to customer reviews posted on Shopify to maintain brand trust and engagement.
  • Visual Content: Update visual content including website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
  • Liaising with Vendors: Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
