Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Specialist to support our daily e-commerce operations. If you have a keen eye for data accuracy, enjoy solving complex problems, and possess experience with online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, this role may be suitable for you.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitor products across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others, to identify new listings and opportunities.
  2. Analyze replenishment reports to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts.
  3. Investigate and resolve issues with non-selling or underperforming items to optimize product offerings.
  4. Update item costs and maintain accurate product data across all platforms.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and messages.
  6. Manage product listings across multiple platforms, including eBay, Walmart, FBM, and others.
  7. Track inventory levels and proactively address potential stock issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry is essential.
  2. Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related tools.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to drive business growth.
  4. Excellent written communication and attention to detail are necessary to succeed in this role.
  5. Ability to work independently and potentially during night shifts.
  6. Knowledge of relevant tools, such as Google Sheets, SkuVault, ConnectBooks, and SellerSnap, is highly desirable.
