Job Description

E-commerce Operations Specialist:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores. This role encompasses managing inventory, optimizing listings, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

  • Manage product listings on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across platforms; coordinate restocking and updates with the warehouse team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews
  • Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional strategies
  • Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using data analysis tools
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing e-commerce storefronts, including Seller Central
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces
  • Basic knowledge of graphic editing or product photography standards
  • Prior experience in consumer goods or food product industries is an asset
