E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our e-commerce operations. This individual will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, implementing SEO strategies, and conducting keyword research.

  • Utilize AI tools to create engaging product content and optimize listings across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods.
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance.
  • Perform ongoing SEO audits of our website, including meta content updates.
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning.
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions.
  • Ensure platform listings are visually appealing and aligned with the latest algorithmic requirements.
  • Manage customer communications, feedback resolution, and operational reporting.

Requirements and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools.
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate AI-powered product copy.
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
