Law Office Support Specialist
Job Description:Seeking an organized and detail-oriented support specialist to provide key assistance in managing internal records, scheduling, and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, including record-keeping and task coordination
- Assist the legal team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Implement and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
- Conduct regular reviews of internal records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate training sessions for staff members
- Prepare and manage schedules and reports
- Monitor and resolve client conflicts efficiently
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is beneficial
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance are advantageous
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Discretion when handling confidential information
