We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our support operations. As a key member, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences in the legal technology sector.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company transforming side letters and contract data management for elite law firms.

You will handle inbound Zendesk tickets and live chat inquiries from law firm clients during off-hours. You'll troubleshoot basic platform issues or user confusion, reference and interpret internal guidebooks, and escalate complex issues internally and follow through until resolved.

Our ideal candidate has prior experience in customer support (minimum 2 years), ideally covering graveyard/off-hours. They are tech-savvy, have a neutral English accent, and exceptional written English skills. Experience handling Zendesk, Intercom, or similar ticketing/live chat platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound Zendesk tickets and live chat inquiries from law firm clients during off-hours
  • Troubleshoot basic platform issues or user confusion
  • Reference and interpret internal guidebooks to deliver accurate and helpful support
  • Escalate complex issues internally and follow through until resolved
  • Design, draft, and implement SOPs for CSR workflows, ticket handling, escalation paths, and resolution standards
