Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to play a critical role in the medical records retrieval process for law firm clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify relevant healthcare providers associated with a client's treatment
  • Locate billing providers and related entities using specialized tools
  • Add identified providers to the request in the administrative application
  • Review and correct incoming requests, prepare accurate forms, and conduct quality assurance reviews
  • Assign requests to the appropriate records team member and escalate special requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Previous experience requesting medical records from healthcare providers on behalf of law firms
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe and PDF editing/combining tools, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
