Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working as a Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm and possess strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new cases and provide initial assessments to the legal team
  • Develop case strategies and oversee the implementation of these strategies
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activity
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and answer any questions they may have
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other case management software
