We are seeking highly organized and dedicated Business Operations Associates to support our team. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Compile reports on business trends and best practices.
- Monitor company expenditures and document financial data.
- Administrative Support
- Perform data entry tasks, including compiling lead lists or meeting minutes.
- Manage email correspondence and follow up on communications.
- Synthesize data into comprehensive reports and presentation slides.
- Travel Arrangements
- Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, rental vehicles, etc.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and conduct informational inquiries.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Associate.
- Bachelor's degree or certification course is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, reaching at least B2 level.
This role requires a proactive attitude, openness to training, and the ability to work night shifts.
