
Employee Lifecycle Support Specialist

This role is part of our Global People Operations team, handling both front-line and back-office HR operations. The position reports to the People Operations Manager and involves ensuring high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
- Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.
- Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
- Support basic HR reporting needs.
- Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
- Maintain and audit employment records.
- Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
