Job Overview

This role encompasses the entire talent lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, recruitment, and talent management.

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop business-driven strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring best practices are applied throughout.
  • Talent Development & Succession Planning: Implement initiatives to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees. Create succession plans for key positions and drive leadership development programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Collaborate with managers to assess engagement levels and design initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Analyze employee feedback and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Performance Management: Advise managers on effective performance management techniques, including goal-setting, feedback, and regular reviews. Assist in creating improvement plans and handling employee relations matters.
  • Learning & Development: Work with leadership to identify training needs across the organization. Design and lead training programs that address skill gaps, leadership development, and employee growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation strategies.
  • Ability to advise, influence, and build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
