Supporting Customers with Expertise

This role requires a highly skilled professional who can provide top-notch support to customers. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.


Main Responsibilities

You will work closely with different systems, software, and hardware to identify and resolve customer problems. This includes:

  • Technical Queries: Providing technical training and documentation to customer-facing teams

  • L2 Phone and Email Support: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues via phone and email

  • L2 Ticket and SLA Management: Managing customer tickets and ensuring that all SLAs are met

  • Maintenance tasks and routine system checks: Performing regular maintenance on systems and checking for any potential issues

  • Escalation Management to L3 Technical Support and/or Management: Escalating complex issues to senior technical staff or management
