Your Day-to-Day

As a Technical Expert, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert guidance on technical issues via live chat and tickets.
  • Simplifying complex problems into actionable steps for customers of all expertise levels.
  • Contributing to various projects that enhance the customer experience based on evolving needs.
  • Enhancing our AI Assistant to provide smarter, more intuitive support.
  • Staying up-to-date on product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to your work, team, and department.

Key Information:

  • We offer comprehensive guidance on our culture, products, and operations.
  • This role requires flexibility, including availability for night shifts in your time zone and rotation-based scheduling, including some weekend days.
  • You'll need a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support, ideally in tech or SaaS environments, with a track record of delivering exceptional solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental web hosting concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting).
