Financial Coordinator Role

This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to advance their career.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion by managing day-to-day financial tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining general ledger entries. You will also utilize tools like Xero and Dext to efficiently capture, code, and file supplier receipts and invoices.

In addition to these tasks, you will process and track accounts payable and receivable, prepare supplier payments, and monitor incoming payments as needed. Your collaboration with the team will be essential in ensuring accurate job costing and regularly reconciling bank and credit card statements.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in financial coordination using Xero, proficiency with Dext or similar receipt-capturing tools, and strong organizational skills. They should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment where adaptability is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling accounts and managing day-to-day financial tasks
