Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our clients' financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, generating and issuing invoices, performing bank reconciliations, and administering payroll processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Manage and process financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial information.
  • Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients, verifying billing accuracy and resolving any billing-related issues.
  • Bank Reconciliations / Collections: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records, monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables.
  • Payroll Processing: Administer the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation, and distribution of paychecks.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner, coordinating with project managers and team leads to gather relevant invoicing information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.
