About the role
The Process Excellence and Governance Head is responsible for overseeing the Collections compliance on the overall process based on approved manual and guidelines of Collections. The Head oversees the overall change management of the division, provides updates to resolve findings noted during the Self-Assessment and Process Control checking conducted, and is responsible for creating process documentation and ensuring it is up to date, while being the custodian of the said documents as well. Lastly, the Head is the main point person in handling Business Continuity Management, Risk Assessments, and Audits, both internal and external for the division.
How you'll contribute
Initiates creating and updating Collections processes, documentation, and guidelines as aligned with the strategies implemented in the division. Ensures Process Control checking is being done and proposes necessary control based on the findings. Ensures timely conduct of Self-Assessment (SA) for approved collections processes and procedures across the collections department for both internal and external collections.
Provides reports related to business processes and process audits. Ability to clearly communicate progress, issues, and improvements identified by the unit to Collections with a clear action plan and resolution within acceptable time frames. What we're looking for5 - 10 years relevant experience
Knowledge of bank products and processes, BSP Circulars related to collections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows is required
Multitask oriented, organized, able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and take pride in one's work
