Job Title: Liaison Assistant

As a liaison assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of business operations. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all approved capital expenditures through our online procurement system and finalize items with the procurement department for purchase order preparation purposes.
  • Monitor the timely delivery of capital expenditures for all purchased orders issued to awarded suppliers.
  • Receive and monitor all billings and related documents pertaining to capital expenditures procured/delivered for newly turned over condominiums.
  • Create good receipts in our system (SAP) and release corresponding billing documents to the accounting department for check payment preparation purposes.
  • Collate required documents and submit applications to designated government agencies to secure necessary permits and registrations.
  • Perform other administrative and office support activities as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
