Job Overview

The Project Manager Liaison plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client project delivery. This key position bridges the gap between client expectations and internal delivery, providing essential support to Client Success Managers (CSMs).

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with onshore CSMs to align project goals, timelines, and task prioritization.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between internal teams and client-facing teams.
Key Tasks
  • Set up and manage tasks in Wrike or similar tools, allocating work to team members and maintaining organized task lists.
  • Use sprint planning to organize upcoming work, monitor burn-down rates, and adjust workloads and priorities to meet sprint goals.
Communication and Documentation
  • Monitor task progress against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date, and flag issues or delays proactively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in written English using tools like Slack, Wrike, and Teamwork, supporting internal reviews and client updates.
