Collection/Liaison Officer

  • Monitor and ensure timely collection of in-house and financing accounts.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and issue collection notices for overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding payment arrangements, restructuring, or settlements.
  • Maintain updated records of receivables, payments, and delinquent accounts.
  • Prepare and submit collection reports, highlighting accounts at risk.
  • Act as company representative in dealing with banks, PAG-IBIG Fund (HDMF), government agencies, and other external offices.
  • Process and follow up loan applications, take-outs, and related documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with financing requirements, permits, and regulatory obligations.
  • Support the Credit and Collection Department in achieving PAR (Performing Accounts Ratio) targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit and collection, liaison, or related roles (preferably in the real estate industry).
  • Knowledge of PAG-IBIG financing, housing loans, and real estate documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with government transactions and documentation procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Trustworthy and with high sense of responsibility.
