Job Overview

Making a meaningful difference in the community is at the heart of this senior case management role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality case management services to adults subject to community orders. Your primary focus will be on enhancing safety, conducting thorough risk assessments, and facilitating effective rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level case management support to individuals under community-based orders, operating within assessed risk parameters and individual needs.
  • Foster successful reintegration and improve rehabilitation outcomes through tailored supervision and strategic support.
  • Cultivate partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organizations to address over-representation in the criminal justice system.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
  • Possess a valid driver's license (minimum C class Australian license) for travel across various locations.
  • Be prepared to work outside regular hours or temporarily from an alternate location as required.
  • Achieve certification in Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of commencing employment and obtain full certification within 18 months.
