We are seeking a highly skilled Career Coordinator to facilitate the progression of client matters by managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for ensuring timely task completion, supporting reporting, and promoting clear communication to maintain high operational standards.
">Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track the firm's legal workflow pipeline to ensure tasks and cases progress within deadlines and milestones.
- Review case statuses weekly to identify overdue tasks, retainer replenishment needs, or delays requiring attention or resource adjustments.
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments, address workflow issues, and ensure progress is maintained.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports to highlight case progress, workflow patterns, and areas needing improvement.
