Fiscal Leadership Position

About the Role:

The company seeks an accomplished Accounting Head to oversee its financial operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, in accordance with IFRS/PFRS and BIR requirements.

  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring adherence to company policies and deadlines.

  • Develop and implement internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with audit requirements and statutory obligations.

  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions, monitoring cash flow to meet operational and capital requirements.

  • Partner with senior management in strategic planning, business analysis, and risk management, providing financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

  • At least 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills, with high integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
