The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to head its treasury operations. This senior leadership role requires dual responsibility for managing all treasury operations, including cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.

Treasury Operations
  • Manage the company's cash flow and bank accounts to ensure optimal liquidity for daily operations and long-term needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners to support the company's financial goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treasury systems, payments, and use of surplus funds to drive business growth.
  • Record all treasury transactions accurately and ensure compliance with accounting standards and audits.
Strategic Leadership
  • Provide strategic guidance on funding, capital structure, and working capital to support business growth and financial stability.
  • Develop recommendations to enhance the company's financial performance and contribute to its overall success.
Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure the company maintains strong internal controls and accurate reporting to safeguard its financial health and integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulations, covenants, and policies to minimize risk and ensure sound financial management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Top 5 Auditing/Accounting Firm.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of accounting software a plus.
