Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned customer experience professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing customer service functions, developing policies and procedures, and analyzing metrics to drive performance improvement.

  • This role is responsible for leading and managing the customer service function to deliver high-quality support experiences to our clients and partners.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives to align with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Key performance indicators include timely issue resolution, customer satisfaction ratings, and first contact resolution rates.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or SaaS company, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
