Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. This includes managing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.

  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including property maintenance, guest relations, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Recruit and hire qualified staff, manage job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and supporting management and staff.

Compensation & Benefits
