E-commerce Growth Manager
">Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to lead the growth of our product categories across all channels, with a strong focus on Amazon. This individual will develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow sales, monitor market share, and key performance metrics.
">Responsibilities:
  • Catalog Strategy & Growth: Implement data-driven strategies for product category growth, analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales and market share to identify areas for improvement, optimizing listings and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Product & Pricing Optimization: Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Manage PPC campaigns and keyword strategies to boost visibility and conversion rates, leveraging data insights to optimize advertising spend.
  • Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful product introductions that meet business objectives.
  • Customer Insights: Design customer feedback polls and use findings to improve listings and ads, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Competitive & Market Research: Inform product development and campaign strategies through industry trend analysis, staying ahead of the competition.

">Requirements:
  • Listing & Pricing Optimization: Continuously refine product listings and pricing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Product Expansion: Identify and launch high-potential products based on market insights, expanding our product offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Amazon Expertise: 3-5+ years of owning a category and driving sales and profits on Amazon, with expertise in optimization and growth strategies.
