We are seeking an Administrative Operations Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is critical in supporting daily operational functions across multiple departments, including Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling various administrative and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment processing
  • Inbox management for orders and other correspondence
  • Price reviews and notifications to clients and internal teams
  • Product database management to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Procurement support - data analysis and PO generation to optimize business operations
  • HR administration tasks as required, including personnel files and benefits management
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the business
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in call-based customer service roles
  • Prior data entry experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo or SAP is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to handle diverse personalities and situations
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
