We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Evaluation Specialist to join our team at the Asian Development Bank. As a key member of our Independent Evaluation Department, you will play a vital role in evaluating sovereign and non-sovereign operations across various sectors, including energy, transport, water, urban development, finance, and agriculture.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or assist in preparing high-level evaluations, validations, and systematic reviews on sovereign and non-sovereign operations.
  • Conduct project and sector evaluations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and disseminate evaluation findings, promoting learning and knowledge sharing within ADB and among development partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in public administration, engineering, finance, business administration, economics, or development studies, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in private sector operations, infrastructure, or finance sector development.
  • Proven expertise in development evaluation, research, and analysis, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
