Senior Training Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Training Lead to drive and elevate our training programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback.
  • Assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback, ensuring thorough coverage of different channels, including voice.
  • Training Development and Evaluation:
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop strategic training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and departments.
  • Apply advanced instructional design theories and methods to create high-impact training materials and evaluate training effectiveness using various assessment methods.
  • Training Administration:
  • Oversee training tickets, ensuring timely responses, and handle complex process-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve issues, provide high-level feedback, and conduct trainer observation sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training program development is essential. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and communicating effectively with stakeholders is also required.
