Job Overview

Designing and delivering exceptional educational experiences for upper elementary students involves leveraging data-informed and tech-enabled approaches to drive student engagement and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the academic and social needs of upper elementary students.
  • Contribute to content curation and creation, working closely with educators to refine your craft and stay up-to-date with best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment through regular interactions with adults and children, promoting mutual respect, trust, and open communication.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the education department, sharing expertise and insights to drive collective success.
  • Provide constructive daily feedback to students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring progress and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of teaching experience with children aged 4-12, with a focus on 8-12 year olds.
  • Master's degree in Education or an education-related field.
  • Aptitude for testing new Ed-tech tools and technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to create inclusive and diverse classroom environments.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Alignment with our values, ethics, and morals.
  • Proficiency in English as a first language, with additional languages a bonus.
