Key Responsibilities:
  • Define analytical needs with internal client leads and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards and insight narratives to inform business decisions.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability and customer segments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Build repeatable insight models that support benchmarking and forecasting to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • Present findings directly to client stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives, offering actionable recommendations rooted in behavioural trends.
  • Build trust through clear storytelling, supporting client decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Expert-level SQL skills, with experience extracting and transforming large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.
