Job Title: Content Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, media production, and performance marketing
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver high-quality video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging

Essentials To Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
