Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team in a healthcare BPO or similar setup for 3-5 years.
  • A strong understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments is preferred.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare BPO or similar environment.
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare processes, DME, claims, and authorizations.
  • Proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Remote/hybrid work experience is a plus.
