We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to and accepting inbound calls from healthcare providers.
- Key responsibilities include answering questions about participation requirements, assisting with registration and login, and completing assessment results inquiries.
Our ideal candidate will have an active PRC License and 2 years of bedside or clinical experience. Preference is given to candidates with 6 months of BPO healthcare account experience.
This is a temporary work-from-home position that offers a structured career path, growing and expanding team opportunities, and a safe work environment.
