We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to fill the role of Appointment Setter. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth through effective lead generation and appointment setting.


Job Description:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists to schedule meetings with senior leadership.
  • Qualify leads by effectively communicating our business offering and ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Utilize CRM or spreadsheets to track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes, providing valuable insights for sales teams.
  • Refine call scripts based on feedback from colleagues and maintain consistent follow-up to drive successful appointments.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Must have expertise in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Able to handle a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
