
Executive Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will build efficient systems, oversee diverse operational functions, and manage both internal teams and external consultants across areas they may not personally specialize in.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of 4-8 operations specialists covering business operations, accounting/HR, administrative support, sales/marketing support, and business technology
- Performance Management: Provide strategic guidance, performance management, and professional development for team members with diverse skill sets
Foster a Collaborative Remote Work Culture:
- Foster a collaborative remote work culture and recruit/onboard new team members as the company scales
- Accounting Operations: Oversee bookkeeping and accounting operations including A/R management, billing cycles, payment processing, and financial reporting
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain relationships with CPAs and external financial advisors
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow, budgeting processes, and annual planning processes
- Process Design: Design and implement scalable back-office processes that enable our professional services and sales teams to focus on client delivery and business development
- System Integration: Collaborate with Business Operations Technologists to enhance system integrations, automation, and data management
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive data-informed decision making through KPI development, reporting systems, and operational analytics
- External Partnerships: Manage relationships with external consultants and service providers, coordinating projects in areas outside your direct expertise
- New Service Provider Onboarding: Evaluate and onboard new service providers as business needs evolve
