Job Title

Program Operations Specialist

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Program Operations Specialist. This exciting role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our program, including managing weekly content drips and participant enrollment. Additionally, they will coordinate live Zoom sessions, troubleshoot access issues, and handle participant support and community management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end program operations, including setup and execution
  • Coordinate live Zoom sessions, including planning format and flow
  • Troubleshoot access issues and handle participant support and community management
  • Work closely with the health coach to deliver high-quality content and experiences
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience managing operations for online programs or memberships
  • Strong Kajabi experience (or similar LMS)
  • Confident using Descript, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, Typeform, Stripe, and excellent English language skills
