Accounts Payable Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our financial resources, review bills, and maintain accurate vendor records as an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the outflow of financial resources by reviewing and verifying bills and check requests.
  • Ensure timely payments by enforcing payment terms and maintaining accurate vendor records.
  • Prepare accounts payable reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Resolve purchase orders and bill discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an accounts payable specialist with strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software like Netsuite and BILL.

This is a full-time role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.
