Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of our Portfolio Services team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our clients receive the highest level of service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on analytics and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members to achieve their best results.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of portfolio services workflows and research, as well as experience working with Microsoft Excel and logic/coding. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible approach to rotational work shifts and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating daily activities of the Portfolio Services team
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their best results
  • Developing and implementing process improvements and quality assurance processes
  • Coordinating with other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and minimize interruptions
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • University Degree holder in Business Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, Mathematical Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Graduate degree and/or certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective coaching skills
  • Knowledge of portfolio services workflows and research
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and logic/coding an advantage
