
Administrative Professional

An ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a CRM database, generating reports, assisting with client research and providing financial planning support. This role requires strong numerical and logical reasoning skills, proficiency in financial software, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Compile data and draft letters as required
- Perform data entry tasks into our CRM and document management systems
- Maintain up-to-date client information in our CRM system
- Create reports from our CRM and provider portals, analyzing and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Research and document business requirements and process improvements/automations
- Support the team with project research and special projects as needed
- Prepare and send emails and customer correspondence
- Assist advisors in researching existing clients' products
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and action-driven individual with strong English communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or a similar role within the financial planning industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Desire to become an expert in wealth products and advice preparation
This role requires a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively manage their time throughout the workday.
