Job Title: Project Management Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide administrative support for the ongoing management of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are properly managed and executed according to plan.
  • Implement category tree/spend taxonomy updates as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from start to finish.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the project management team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  3. Taxonomy Updates: Implement category tree/spend taxonomy updates as needed to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
