Project Management Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to serve as our Project Management Liaison. This key role will support project management operations, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all client communications, maintaining constant contact with clients from initial opportunity through aftercare and review requests. They will also qualify leads in real-time, update CRM deals as they progress, respond to social media comments within one hour, and conduct regular job audits to ensure timesheets are updated and costs are properly tracked.

Additional responsibilities include scheduling jobs in advance, coordinating trades and materials, maintaining compliance records, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), developing process workflows, establishing consistent procedures, creating QC checklists, and optimizing system features for maximum utilization and operational efficiency.

Requirements include strong experience with construction project management software, proficiency in accounting software integration, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with CRM systems and lead qualification processes, strong organizational skills, understanding of residential construction processes, ability to create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process workflows, experience with supplier management and procurement coordination, knowledge of construction compliance requirements, and proficiency in digital tools.
