Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration team with various tasks, including creative initiatives, HR-related inquiries, and data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement creative projects to enhance the administration department's efficiency and productivity.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support on HR-related matters, ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
  3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring process.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including vacation time, absences, and employee data updates.
  5. Assist in the processing of payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  6. Stay updated on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Coordinate with external agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
  8. Receive, file, and manage incoming correspondence and documents.
  9. Prepare reports, returns, and other essential documents.
  10. Contribute to policy development, revision, and update.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum one to two years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, resilience, integrity, and a can-do attitude.
  4. Proficiency in tax laws and government benefits is essential.
  5. Familiarity with administrative software and tools.
