Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR Shared Services team in Manila. This key role will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that support our workforce globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing HR Shared Services team and utilize data-informed insights to mature our location strategy.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with stakeholders, capitalize on internal capabilities, and stay informed of external trends to deploy innovative solutions.
  • Provide operational excellence in shared services and support the end-to-end Talent/HR lifecycle.
  • Design and implement services that prioritize the user experience, balancing self-service, direct support, and high-touch interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent/HR in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, with significant experience in people management in the Shared Services space.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Talent/HR lifecycle processes, data governance, and service delivery models.
  • Experience leading projects from planning to delivery, particularly in Talent/HR systems or process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and translate complex concepts into business-friendly language.
