This position involves educating customers about leveraging the FICO Platform as a decision-making tool for mission-critical decisions. The platform empowers business users to unlock human and analytic capital, enabling them to achieve their unique potential.

  • The ideal candidate will share expertise in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization within Financial Services, helping clients leapfrog the competition using FICO's cutting-edge Platform.
  • They will build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology, gaining insights into urgent decision management problems while articulating FICO's platform capabilities.
  • Research and collaboration will shape potential solution opportunities through engagement with internal teams, resulting in effectively positioned solution proposals.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction will lead to long-term, expanding, and profitable win-win relationships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration will involve shaping a cohesive sales effort that educates customers on the tremendous business value delivered by the FICO Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience developed in work environments.
  • Strong track record of building relationships and understanding client challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and selling complex software solutions to large financial services clients.
  • Knowledge or experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking, and Fraud is desirable.
  • Passion for learning, educating customers, and collaborating with colleagues through presentations and conversations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
