Job Description

The Workday Payroll Consultant position involves implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions that meet their needs effectively.

The successful candidate will work closely with team members as well as independently to manage their workload.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for customers by identifying and addressing their specific needs.
  • Design and deliver solutions aligned to customer expectations through effective communication and project management.
  • Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Support junior team members and share knowledge to promote professional growth and development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification is required, particularly US payroll expertise.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing consulting environment is essential for success in this role.
  • Candidates must possess clear and effective communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Good commercial awareness and project dynamics understanding are also crucial for managing complex projects.
  • Able to plan own workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is a key requirement.
