This role demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will support a prop trading business through trade data tracking, execution oversight, financial dashboard management, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Tracking & Data Management: Create and maintain trade tracking systems, track live trade data, and maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation: Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits, delivering concise daily reports at rollover.
  • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor strategies daily, ensure EAs are active, and troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
  • Backtesting Support: Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy, record metrics, and tag strategies for live testing consideration.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems.
