Global Trading Support Specialist

This is a full-time role that requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems, and coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.

The Global Trading Support Specialist plays a vital role in shaping the future of global trading support. This dynamic and fast-paced environment demands precision, consistency, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Trade Tracking & Data Management: Create and maintain trade tracking systems, track live trade data, and maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation: Build and update a master financial dashboard for accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Trade Execution Oversight: Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily, troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately, and record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy).
  • Prop Firm Challenge Setup: Complete KYC and participate in prop firm challenges, track status of challenges and payouts.
  • Ongoing Administrative Duties: Maintain login credentials securely, follow up on payouts and support issues, and keep records audit-ready and updated.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
