Job Summary:

As a key member of the resort team, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and efficient operations.

  • The ideal candidate will formulate and administer policies and procedures that drive guest satisfaction.
  • They will ensure all staff are familiar with new procedures and updates, maintaining a comprehensive Guest Services manual.
  • This position also involves supervising daily operations, reviewing repeat guests, and providing amenities as per the Repeat Guest Amenity program.
  • The successful candidate will conduct daily courtesy calls to gauge guest satisfaction and enhance their overall stay experience.
  • Promoting inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities is another crucial aspect of this role.
  • Knowledgeable about banquet events, hotel facilities, Food and Beverage outlets, activities, special promotions, and other guest information.
  • This individual will receive, record, and handle guest comments, suggestions, and complaints for management attention.
  • Ensuring maximum room sales at the highest possible rates is a primary objective.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all room types and facilitating their sale is essential.
  • This role requires full knowledge of the computer system and options to provide personalized guest service.
  • Monitoring Guest Relations staff to update guest history profiles accurately is vital to tailor services to guest needs and preferences.
  • Organizing VIP cocktails and special occasions to enhance guest interaction is also part of this role.
  • Maintaining professional conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform, appearance, and posture according to hotel guidelines is expected.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field
